Payment Terms and Conditions

• All goods shall remain the property of CC & Co Creations until full payment has been received.
• Custom orders require an upfront deposit of 50% of the quote provided by CC & Co Creations, before production commences.
• The outstanding balance (50%) for custom orders is due prior to dispatch or arranged pickup of the goods. Full payment is required prior to dispatch or pick-up.
• If a custom order is cancelled after production has commenced, but prior to the completion date, there is no refund of monies received by CC & Co Creations and the goods remain the property of CC & Co Creations. If production has not commenced at the time the refund is requested, a full refund will be sent to the customer within 14 days.
• Shades not picked up or delivered (due to the customer not providing sufficient postage instructions) three (3) months after the date the order was placed, reverts back to CC & Co Creations' stock and the purchaser forfeits all monies paid.

Postage

• CC & Co Creations specialise in handmade lampshades, which are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, from the date of payment (applies to standard registered post).
• There are no guarantees for next day delivery when Express Postage is chosen, due to the location of the destination. CC & Co Creations cannot guarantee the service of Australia Post.
• Postage costs (excludes lampshades larger than 40cm wide):
• Australia Post Standard (after production, usually arrives in 2-3 business days, depending on the recipient's location; requires a signature on delivery)
• Australia Post Express (after production, usually arrives next business day, depending on the recipient's location; requires a signature on delivery)
• Multiple shades will incur a greater postage fee. Please email CC & Co to confirm postage costs before placing your order.
• Shades larger than 40cm wide will incur a greater postage fee. Please email CC & Co to confirm postage costs before placing your order.
• All delivery costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise arranged.
• Costs associated with postage and shipping can vary locally, interstate and for international orders. You will be contacted by CC & Co Creations if there is a change in postage costs.
• Lampshades not picked up or delivered (due to the customer not providing postage instructions) three (3) months after the date the order was placed, reverts back to CC & Co Creations' stock and the purchaser forfeits all monies paid.
• CC & Co Creations are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in transit. Basic insurance is included in the courier/postage costs.
• Upon receipt via post/courier, do not sign or accept any parcel from CC & Co Creations that has any indication of damage. It is the customer's responsibility to not accept any damaged goods from the postal or courier service.

Custom Made Orders

• "Custom orders", "custom made orders" and any other variation of this terms refers to any lampshade made my CC & Co Creations to the customer's specifications that are different to those listed on the website at the time of purchase.
• Custom made silk shade orders require a minimum of 30 days production period. This may extend in our busy production periods.
• Custom made contemporary lampshade orders require a minimum of 14 days production period. This may extend in our busy production periods.
• Quotes for custom orders remain valid for 60 days from issue.
• Custom orders require an upfront deposit of 50% of the quote provided by CC & Co Creations, before production commences.
• The outstanding balance (50%) for custom orders is due prior to dispatch or arranged pickup of the goods. Full payment is required prior to dispatch or pick-up.

• We accept no returns and offer no refunds due to dissatisfaction with the design and colour choices. As all custom made shade designs and colour choices are approved by the customer before production commences. In instances where it is clearly a production fault, we are happy to discuss solutions with the customer, for a positive outcome.

Online Gift Vouchers

• All gift vouchers are emailed in pdf format to the customer who purchased the gift voucher, not the recipient. Hardcopies are not provided by CC & Co Creations.
• Gift vouchers can be redeemed for items in CC & Co Creations' online stores.
• Gift vouchers can not be used to purchase items from our affiliate partners.
• Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers are to be spent within 12 months from the date of purchase. Always refer to the expiry date on the gift voucher. Gift vouchers are null and void after the expiry date on the gift voucher.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• CC & Co Creations is not responsible for the loss or theft of gift vouchers issued by CC & Co Creations. Unfortunately we cannot refund monies paid.
• To redeem your gift voucher, insert your gift voucher code into the Coupon Code upon checkout.
• Should your order exceed the value of the gift voucher, you are required to pay the balance per our normal trading terms and conditions. Proceed with your checkout and an email will be sent to you with payment information.
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift voucher account and is not transferable. The original expiration date applies.
• Free delivery via courier is available one per gift voucher, Australia-wide.
• To receive your free postage, choose the "Pickup within 7 days" option. However your shade will be posted to you, free of charge.

Exchanges & Refunds

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. If a product purchased from CC & Co Creations is found to have a clear and obvious production fault caused by CC & Co Creations, we will provide a refund upon return of the item, or exchange the faulty product to the same value as the original purchase price.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. 

The faulty product must be returned to our workshop within 14 days, from the date of dispatch by CC & Co Creations. Postage costs will be reimbursed if confirmed to be a production fault. Otherwise, all return and exchange postage/courier costs are borne by the customer.

To receive a refund:
The purchaser must supply documented proof of purchase:
a. official Paypal documentation/receipt; or
b. EFT confirmation of payment; or

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days once proof of purchase has been authorised by CC & Co Creations management.
• Method of refund: issued in the same method as payment was made.
• All refunds are in Australian Dollars.
• Always keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.

CC & Co Creations will not issue a refund if & when:

1.       The purchaser has simply changed their mind and there is nothing proven to be wrong/faulty in the production of the product

2.       The product has been purchased for another and they do not want it, for any reason.

3.       The product was purchased for another and they have already bought the identical one from CC & Co Creations.

4.       The product has been damaged by others, anytime after it was received by the purchaser or recipient.

5.       The product was damaged after it was dispatched by CC & Co Creations (including damage caused by courier and postal services).

6.       The product was not considered the exact colour selected by the purchaser. Colour variations: as with all online purchases the colours displayed in our photographs may be viewed differently on various monitors, this is mainly due to the different colour settings and computer systems available worldwide. As a result, the colours displayed should only be considered as a general guide rather than as an exact representation of the actual/real colours. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with your design or colour choices.

7.       Custom shades: We accept no returns and offer no refunds due to dissatisfaction with design and colour choices, as all custom lampshades and colour choices are approved by the customer before production commences. In instances where it is clearly a production fault, we are happy to discuss solutions with the customer, for a positive outcome.

8.       If a custom order is cancelled after production has commenced, but prior to the completion date, there is no refund of monies received by CC & Co Creations and the goods remain the property of CC & Co Creations. 
If production has not commenced a full refund of monies paid will be issued within 14 days.

9.       Lampshades not picked up or delivered (due to the customer not providing postage instructions) 3 months after the date the order was placed, reverts back to CC & Co Creations stock and the purchaser forfeits all monies paid.

Product Variations
As every shade produced by CC & Co Creations is handmade, it may differ slightly to the image on ccandcocreations.com.au. This especially concerns the placement of the fabric on the shade, and the placement of the fabric's patterns and figures, which can vary. Every shade is produced with the intention to feature the best aspects of the fabric.
